Return & Exchange Policy

At Yuzi Jewells, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the following conditions before requesting a return or exchange.

Return Period

Returns shall only be accepted within 3 days from the date of product delivery.

Return or exchange requests raised after the applicable return period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unwashed.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• The original packaging must be intact.
• All original product tags must be attached and in place.
• Items without their original tags will not be accepted.

Customised Products

Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Inspection

Once the returned product reaches Yuzi Jewells, it will be inspected to verify that it is unused and that the original tags and packaging are intact.

The refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

If any discrepancy is found, including signs of use, washing, damage, missing original tags or missing/incomplete original packaging, the return may be rejected and no refund amount will be credited.

Important Note

Please ensure that the product is securely packed when returning it so that it reaches us in its original condition.
