At Yuzi Jewells, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please request cancellation before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it through our website.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for applicable return conditions.
Any refund applicable to a successfully cancelled order will be processed according to the payment method and applicable refund procedures.
